A radiologist who turns what images show into clear, readable reports. Focused on cross-sectional imaging, teleradiology reporting and medical imaging education.
I graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine in 2016 and completed my radiology residency at Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine in 2022; I have worked as a radiologist since. Over more than ten years in public healthcare I have reported CT, MRI, ultrasound and conventional radiography examinations.
I see the radiology report not only as a diagnostic document but as a communication tool for clinicians and patients, so I value plain, structured and readable reporting.
Interpretation and reporting of CT, MRI, ultrasound and conventional radiography.
Remote reporting of MRI examinations from healthcare facilities across Türkiye.
I teach the Computed Tomography course, linking technical topics to the daily practice of radiographers in the scanner room.
Every pixel in a CT image carries a Hounsfield value, but a display can show only a limited number of grey levels. Window level (WL) sets the centre of the grey scale and window width (WW) the range it covers. Try the presets on this schematic chest slice, or set your own window with the sliders.
Displayed range: −160 … +240 HU. Below is black, above is white.
Schematic model; not a patient image.
Seven peer-reviewed articles in national and international journals and one book chapter, covering CT angiography and volumetry, MRI morphometry, paediatric ultrasound and shear-wave elastography. Titles of Turkish-language papers are given in the original with an English translation.
